Lottie qualified as a physiotherapist from King's College London University in 2012 and an ACPAT Cat A Veterinary Physiotherapist from Hartpury College in 2016. Lottie is currently working as a physiotherapist for CHAPPS Ltd treating equines, small animals and humans. Since graduating Lottie has worked in private musculoskeletal medicine for humans, in both clinic and community-based settings, as well as working in neurology treating young people with brain and spinal cord injuries.
Lottie is a qualified Pilates instructor, teaching a wide cohort or people in one to one, two to one or group based settings. Lottie is particularly interested in working with the horse and rider combination, with the aim to improve the strength, flexibility and biomechanics of the rider to optimise the horse's performance; and vice versa.
Lottie is an experienced horse woman and has competed at national level in British showjumping. She enjoys doing Pilates (in between teaching it) and spending time doing groundwork and gymnastic work to strengthen her, as well as her horse. Above all, Lottie particularly loves hacking in the Surrey Hills with her Plummer Terrier at her side.
Jess Vanstone

Jess qualified from The University of Nottingham as a Chartered Physiotherapist in 2013, and has since worked full time in Paediatric Physiotherapy for the NHS. Following completion of a BSc in Physiotherapy, Jess qualified as a Veterinary Physiotherapist from Hartpury College becoming an ACPAT Cat A physiotherapist in 2016. Jess is now working as a physiotherapist for CHAPPS Ltd treating equine, small animals and human patients, whilst continuing her paediatric work for the NHS on a part time basis.
Jess is an experienced horse person who has been with horses all her life. She has been heavily involved with the running of her family showjumping and livery yard. Jess has competed British Show jumping to a national level, but more recently focuses her efforts on producing young horses alongside her sister. Jess also enjoys spending time with her husband and two dogs.
